Secure your place at Matapouri Bay, the "Jewel in the Crown" of the internationally recognised Tutukaka coast, featuring a picture perfect white sand beach surrounded by native bush clad hills.

Just released onto the market are the last 4 sections of the Dunes subdivision. These sections are tucked away up their own ROW on the northern edge of the subdivision with easy access to the beach and a northerly outlook over farmland.

These flat sections range in size from 537m2 to 1128m2 which make for an easy build and as close to outstanding Matapouri Bay as you can get: virtual beachfront! These are heirloom quality sites and will provide a sound, proven investment and unforgettable family memories for generations to come.

All sites have good soil, fully formed access, the back 3 with a shared ROW and the front with its own exclusive ROW. There is a stand-alone sewerage system, Covenants have been kept to a minimum.

Matapouri Bay is one of the most classically beautiful beaches in the world. The white sand and clear turquoise waters of Matapouri Bay are generally sheltered and safe for children. It is never overcrowded and apart from the summer holiday season you may be the only people on the beach.

Matapouri is on the Tutukaka Coast, a stunning stretch of subtropical coastline only half an hour by paved road from the city of Whangarei, and less than three hours north of Auckland. It is just 15 minutes over the hill to Tutukaka, a world renowned fishing and diving mecca.
In fact, National Geographic Traveller magazine has listed the Tutukaka Coast as the second equal best in the world.

Matapouri is a small community with a general store and post office. There are approximately 200 permanent residents in the area, and a number of holiday baches.
